Delete in the PhonMail app
You can permanently delete your account in the app through:
Settings → Delete Account
Account deletion is intended to be permanent. It is intended to delete the account and associated PhonMail data, subject only to information that must legitimately be retained for legal or security obligations.
Deletion may take time to complete. PhonMail does not claim instant deletion.
Deletion may not remove information independently retained by recipients, including screenshots, downloaded files or other copies they obtained before deletion.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to the PhonMail app, you can request deletion using the support email below. You do not need a web login or one-time password on this page.
PhonMail may need to verify that the requester controls the account before processing deletion.
