PhonMail is a communication app with five modules: Trusted Network, Chat, QR Message, Mail, and Official. It is operated by Boveja Pharmaceuticals Private Limited.
Communication
Each module stays within the people or channels it is meant for.
Chat
Send text and media to people in an accepted conversation.
QR Message
Open a chat from a QR identity. Temporary sessions can expire or be revoked.
Send mail between a sender and a recipient. A completed Mail Original file expires on the 48-hour schedule described in the Privacy Policy.
Official
Follow channels and see posts that are published for followers and Official discovery.
Privacy and account security
PhonMail uses phone sign-in, access controls, blocking, and reporting. End-to-end encryption is not available. Do not treat PhonMail as an end-to-end encrypted messenger.
Access to device contacts is optional and is requested only after an in-app disclosure. PhonMail does not upload your address book, saved contact names, or raw phone numbers for matching.
You can delete your account in the app through Settings. This website does not delete accounts by itself. If you cannot use the app, the account deletion page explains how to email a request. Never send an OTP, password, or other credential by email.
